Home care, also referred to as personal care, includes assistance with the performance of activities of daily living and completion of various tasks that may needed by each client. During an initial evaluation, a registered nurse will review the clients needs and develop a plan of care designed to assist them.

The plan of care may include the following areas:

Assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Medication reminders
Assistance with physical activities and range of motion exercises
Assistance with mobility and toileting
Light Housekeeping and home management activities
Transportation to pick up groceries and medications
Companionship
